Last updated August 16, 2026. Refract is the product at refractreports.com.
Refract is a profit-reporting tool for Shopify operators. You connect a store, add costs, and we show leftover cash after product cost, ads, shipping, fees, and rent. It is not your bookkeeping system, inventory system, or tax filing. Numbers are only as good as the credentials and costs you give us.
You must use a real email you control. We send a verification link on signup and a reset link if you forget your password. You are responsible for that login. Don’t share it. If you think someone else has it, reset the password. One person, one seat, unless you pay for extra seats.
Operator is $100/month for one Shopify store under about $50k trailing-30-day net sales. Brand is $200/month ($50-150k). House is $400/month ($150k+ or 2-3 stores). Extra store +$100/month. Extra seat +$25/month. After the first sync we place you on a plan from that sales figure; you can change it in billing. Card payments go through Stripe. Cancel anytime in the Stripe customer portal. You keep access through the period already paid. No refunds for unused days in a paid month unless the law requires it. Until Stripe is live, billing may be by invoice.
You grant us permission to pull the data needed for the report from the apps you connect (Shopify, ads, ShipStation, optional Gmail). You must have the right to share those credentials. Don’t paste someone else’s admin keys. You can disconnect a source or ask us to delete the account. See Privacy. We isolate each store’s warehouse. You still own your store data; we only use it to run Refract for you.
Don’t:
We may suspend or delete an account that does this, or that we reasonably believe is compromised.
Charts can be wrong if costs are missing, a sync failed, or a connected API changed. Do not use Refract as the only input to tax, inventory write-offs, or investor reporting. We are not your accountant or lawyer.
We aim to keep the app up and to refresh connected stores nightly. Syncs, Evidence rebuilds, and third-party APIs (Shopify, ads, Stripe) can fail or rate-limit. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a particular uptime %. Scheduled maintenance and incidents will be handled as they happen.
The service is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, and our total liability for a claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places don’t allow these limits. In those places, they apply only as far as allowed.
We may change the product, these terms, or prices. Material price changes apply from the next billing cycle. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. The date at the top is the latest version.
We don’t publish an inbox on this site. Use the contact form, or reply to a verification, reset, or billing message if you have an account.
